B I O G R A P H Y

Born in Cap Haitian on 1953.
Semerand made
all his studies in his native town of Cap Haitian:
. Primary school at "Lycee Alexandre Petion".
. Secondary school at "Gregoire Eugene"
. Architecture (1976-1979) at the "Institut Richard Leconte".
In 1980 He went to the "Academie des Beaux Art".
He never practiced architecture and he devoted himself to painting.
